# CatchMate

## What it does

CatchMate watches public Telegram groups and channels that the user adds (by @username or public t.me link, or from the dashboard catalog). When a new message contains the user's keywords, CatchMate sends a match card: group, matched keyword, author public @username if any, text, and a link to the original message.

Alerts go to @CatchMateBot, the web dashboard at catchmatebot.com, and the official Chrome extension. Matching is case-insensitive substring search. The stem "developer" also matches "developers". Typos and semantic synonyms are not auto-expanded.

Plus-words use "+": "repair + urgent" matches only if every part appears. A space without plus is an exact phrase. Minus-words suppress the alert if a stop-word is present. The duplicate filter skips the same text again. Plus-words, minus-words and the duplicate filter start at Pro (not Basic).

## What it does not do

- Does not ask for a Telegram password or session.
- Does not join groups with the user's personal account.
- Does not read private, invite-only, or t.me/+ chats.
- Does not send messages or reply as the user. No auto-DM, no spam, no mass messaging.
- Does not scan "all of Telegram". The user picks the chats.
- Is not TGStat: no channel reach analytics and no archive-wide search product.
- Is not catchmate.com (adult game-coaching marketplace) and not CatchMatePro (baseball equipment).

Dashboard login is email/password or Google (Firebase). Telegram is only needed so @CatchMateBot can deliver alerts: press Start once and link. Monitoring runs on CatchMate technical accounts.

## Pricing (USD, as of 2026)

7-day free trial, no card. The clock starts when the user adds chats and keywords. Trial limits: up to 20 groups and 50 keywords.

Monthly Telegram Stars (may auto-renew every 30 days):
- Basic $5 — 5 groups / 10 keywords
- Pro $15 — 20 groups / 50 keywords
- Business $30 — 100 groups / 100 keywords
- Ultra $66 — 300 groups / 100 keywords

Monthly USDT (−20% vs Stars when that SKU also has Stars): $4 / $12 / $24 / $53.

Yearly USDT (one-time, no auto-renew): Basic $34, Pro $100, Business $250, Ultra $550.

Stars yearly billing exists only for Basic and Pro (Telegram 10,000 ⭐ cap). Business and Ultra year is USDT only (−30% vs monthly Stars, no extra crypto cut).

Feeds (keywords per group) and a dedicated manager: Business and Ultra. Group catalog: trial, Pro, Business, Ultra.

Cancel Stars in Telegram → Settings → My Subscriptions. USDT does not recur. When the term ends, monitoring stops; user data stays until they ask @catchmate_manager to delete the account.
